First step is done, you understood that you have binge eating. You are tired from feeling miserable, weak and sick. It doesn’t let you to lose fat, and with all this of course you feel bad about yourself.
Perhaps, even each time, when you binge, you say to yourself, that you will never eat so much again.

1. What Can You Do Instead Of Eating?
I recommend you this simple psychology trick. It will help you to not lose willpower.
Write a list of the triggers, which could make you eat and near write, what can you do instead of eating.
Take a look on a sample:
It is boring, I would like to eat chocolate. To not be bored I can…play video games, read a book, drink water or tea without sugar or talk to a friend.
Try to do something that will not involve eating. As example, go for a walk o listen to music.
2. Eat Enough!
Some people think, that if they will not eat, they will lose weight. It is not like this. You have to eat enough calories per day, based on your age, current wight and gender. 6. Spend Time With Family And Friends.
People usually binge, because they are lonely, under stress or depression. If you feel, that you are about to eat too much, find someone to speak with to change mind. Even if you are hungry try to share your favorite dish with someone else. It will be easier to control amount of food, if you will have a role model.
Binge eating is a hard life experience. But you can stop it and be independent from food.
